We accept a wide variety of insurances.  Insurances we accept include Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross, Chip, Carington, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dental Benefits, Dental Select, Dental Wellness Partners, Dentemax, Dentist Direct, Deseret Mutual, Educators Mutual, GE Signature and Wellness, Guardian, Mail Handlers, Metlife, Mutual of Omaha, PEHP, Principal, SelectHealth, TDA, United Concordia, United Healthcare, and Valuecare.  Our list changes at times as we are constantly trying to meet the needs of our patients.  Also if your insurance is not listed, it may be contracted under another insurance.  Please call as we may better inform you of any additional insurance we may accept.
